Fire in Tavros: Man Pulled Out Unconscious

A fire broke out in an apartment in Tavros, Attica, early Monday morning, resulting in the rescue of a man, approximately 50 years old, unconscious.

The man was transported by ambulance to the General State Hospital of Nikaia. In addition, a woman was rescued from the apartment, with no danger to her life.

The fire started shortly after 4:30 a.m. in a 4th-floor apartment on Marathonos Street. 10 firefighters with 3 vehicles rushed to the scene.

"Fire in an apartment in Tavros, Attica. 15 #firefighters are operating with 5 vehicles and a special ladder truck," the Fire Department stated in a post.
