The Hellenic Police (ELAS) conducted raids on Roma camps in Menidi and Liosia, in the West Attica region. During the operations, 8 people were arrested.

The raids focused on locating narcotics, weapons (clubs), and electricity theft. MAT forces, OPKE, and specially trained dogs participated in the operation.

In a car wash on Leoforos Phylis, vehicles without license plates were found. The detainees face charges of electricity theft, drug possession, and violation of personal data (due to cameras).

In a previous operation in Acharnes, two people (a 40-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man) were arrested for drug trafficking and violation of weapons laws. Cannabis, clubs, mobile phones, and 2,596 euros were confiscated.
