Irini Mourtzoukou: Lawsuit Against Panagiotis' Mother for Concealing Evidence

Irini Mourtzoukou, who confessed to infanticide, sent a lawsuit from Korydallos prison to Popi, the mother of 15-month-old Panagiotis. According to MEGA, the 25-year-old accuses Popi of concealing important evidence and a medical record that could prove her innocence.

Irini Mourtzoukou's lawyer, Nikos Alexandris, stated that this is the first in a series of actions to prove her innocence. Mourtzoukou claims that Popi has access to her social media accounts and is deleting messages and conversations.

Through the lawsuit, Mourtzoukou requests that all documents and evidence proving her innocence be handed over to her and that the deletion of data from her social media accounts cease.
