Investigation into Illegal Animal Breeding on Rooftop in Ampelokipi

A case file has been opened by the Ampelokipi Police Department against a local and a property management company for violating animal protection laws. The case concerns the illegal breeding of animals on the rooftop of a building in Ampelokipi.
According to the police, following a complaint, officers inspected a building on Kifissias Avenue and found that a makeshift facility had been constructed on the rooftop, housing farm animals in unsanitary conditions.
Specifically, goats, chickens, ducks, and other birds were found living in makeshift spaces with visible signs of filth and neglect. The animals were transferred to suitable shelters, and the case file will be submitted to the relevant prosecutor.
