Agrinio: 9-year-old in hospital after drug challenge

A 9-year-old child is hospitalized in Agrinio General Hospital after a dangerous challenge with a classmate. According to agriniopress.gr, the incident occurred when the two children, while playing at a school in the city, decided to swallow medication.

One of the children gave medication to his friend, who felt unwell and was taken to the hospital. The mother of the child who gave the medication was arrested for neglect of supervision of a minor.

The child remains hospitalized, but his life is not in danger.
