Agios Dimitrios: 27-Year-Old Son of Police Officer Found Dead - Signs of Struggle

Investigations are underway into the murder of the 27-year-old son of a police officer, who was found dead in Agios Dimitrios, in Asyrmatou Park. The forensic examination revealed signs of a struggle and injuries.

According to initial reports, the 27-year-old had signs of a struggle on his body, as well as minor injuries to his neck and head. The fatal blow was to the chest, from a stabbing and cutting weapon.

Authorities are considering all possibilities, including a fan-related incident, as the body was found near a souvlaki shop where a previous shooting incident had occurred. The victim's mobile phone is also being investigated.

The 25-year-old was discovered by a foreigner who notified the authorities. The victim's father also arrived at the scene and found his son dead.

An eyewitness reported that an argument preceded the incident and the victim was stabbed in the heart.
