Thailand: At Least 6 Dead from Tropical Storm Wipha

Tropical Storm Wipha, which has been sweeping through Thailand for 10 days, has caused the deaths of at least 6 people and affected the daily lives of more than 230,000 citizens across the country, according to authorities.
Since July 21, heavy rainfall has caused flooding in 12 provinces, especially in the northern and central parts of the country, according to Thailand's Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department.
Meteorological services expect the rainfall to weaken in the coming days.
