Record Investments in Energy Transition

Global investments in energy transition reached a record high, approaching $2.5 trillion last year, a 20% increase. According to the International Renewable Energy Agency, approximately one-third of this amount was directed towards renewable sources, exceeding $800 billion.

However, the annual growth of investments in renewable sources slowed significantly, falling to 7% from 32%, while investments in the construction of solar photovoltaics decreased.
