Wildfires: Incalculable consequences of the disaster

The devastation caused by the wildfires is immense, with incalculable consequences. There are responsibilities of a State that is unable to protect its citizens and their properties.

Excuses will always exist, but this does not relieve the state of its responsibility to provide protection to its citizens over time. Society demands responsibility and someone must take it. This is what political integrity requires.
