Tragedy for Steeve Yago – Mourning the death of his son

Sadness at the Africa Cup of Nations as it became known that the son of former Omonia, Aris and Nea Salamina player, Steeve Yago, has passed away.

The footballer is in Morocco to represent his country, Burkina Faso, in the major football tournament of the African continent.

Yago came to Cyprus in 2017 for Omonia, with whose jersey he recorded 17 appearances. His appearances in Aris and Nea Salamina followed, where he recorded 5 and 6 appearances respectively.
