Radzkov: "Against AEK is an opportunity to raise our level"

Aris Limassol's coach, Artsiom Radzkov, and player Giorgi Kvilitaia, gave a press conference ahead of the match against AEK for the 3rd qualifying round of the Conference League.

Radzkov stressed that the match against AEK is an opportunity for his team to raise their level. "We are happy to be one step further in Europe. In the previous games, we showed progress, from one game to another, and we want to show the same tomorrow. We have a good opponent to face tomorrow and it is an opportunity to raise our level," he said.

Regarding the underestimation from AEK Athens fans, Radzkov replied: "I don't want to comment on what is being said, we'll see." He also acknowledged the high demand for tickets due to Cyprus' ties with Greece and AEK's popularity.

Kvilitaia, on his part, stated: "As the coach said, game by game we are making progress. We want to do the same tomorrow. We have a difficult opponent ahead of us and we will strive for the best." He expressed his desire to score, but stressed that qualification comes first.
