Ljubica, the famous cat and unofficial mascot of Red Star Belgrade, has died at the age of 18. Ljubica lived at the 'Hala Pionir' stadium and had become beloved by the team's fans, attending almost every game.

Red Star announced her death via an official statement, with fans expressing their grief. Ljubica even had an account on 'X', where posts about the team were made.
