Panionios FC Alleges Deadly Attack with Firecracker During Match

Panionios FC has reported a deadly attack during their match against Marko in the Super League 2. According to the announcement, an unknown individual threw a firecracker-dynamite into the stadium stands in Nea Smyrni, endangering the lives of fans.

The incident occurred in the 80th minute when an individual climbed onto the roof of a school building behind gates 2 and 3 and launched the firecracker towards gate 2. They then fled on a motorcycle driven by a second person.

Panionios FC announced that they will take legal action to identify those responsible and will not treat the incident as a simple episode.
