Bonmatí Hospitalized with Viral Meningitis, Spain Concerned

Spain women's national football team coach, Montserrat Tomé, confirmed that Aitana Bonmatí is hospitalized with viral meningitis.

The Barcelona international midfielder is hospitalized, with Tomé expressing hope that she will be available for the Euro.

"The doctors say the situation is under control," Tomé stated, while Bonmatí posted a photo from the hospital.

Spain will face Portugal (July 2), Belgium (July 7) and Italy (July 11) at the Euro.
