Michael Diederich: Bayern Executive to Top Deutsche Bank Position

Michael Diederich, CFO of Bayern Munich, is leaving his position to take on a high-ranking role at Deutsche Bank.

Specifically, starting in October, Diederich will be Global Co-Head of the Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank, based in Frankfurt. He will work with David Lynne and join the Group Management Committee.

Bayern Munich confirmed Diederich's departure at the end of September. Club president Herbert Hainer thanked Diederich for his contribution.

Diederich stated that after two years at Bayern Munich, he decided to take on a new professional challenge, but Bayern will always be his club.
