Łukasz Sosin: 'AEK deservedly qualified'

Łukasz Sosin, one of the top scorers who played in the Cypriot league with stints at Apollon, Anorthosis, and Aris, commented on AEK's qualification over Legia Warsaw. The Pole, current coach of Poland's U19 National Team, watched the game closely and spoke exclusively to PROTATHLIMA.

'AEK deservedly qualified,' he stated characteristically, adding: 'I expected Legia to pass when the draw was made, but they disappointed. The two games in Larnaca and Warsaw were similar. Legia pressed high, took a big risk, but in the second half their performance dropped. I expected much more from Legia after Nali's dismissal, but we didn't see it. AEK qualified fairly.'
