Cypriot Hopes at the European Athletics U20 Championships

Cypriot interest is focused on the triple jump and 100m hurdles at the European Athletics U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland.

Andranik Sarkis Astzian qualified for the triple jump final with a jump of 15.68m, finishing 2nd in the qualifiers. The final will be held at 16:45.

Isabella – Sofia Mosetti qualified for the 100m hurdles semi-finals with a time of 13.98. The semi-finals are scheduled for 12:30.

Charalambos Zenonos failed to qualify for the 110m hurdles semi-finals, finishing in 14.34.

Isabella Sofia Mosetti will compete for a place in the 100m hurdles final, while Andranik Sarkis Astzian will compete for a place on the podium in the triple jump final.
