Historic Distinction for Neapolis Paphos at Programming World Championship

The team from Neapolis University Paphos achieved a significant success at the ICPC World Finals 2025 Programming World Championship, held in Baku. Neapolis secured 79th place and Honors distinction, being the only university from Cyprus and Greece to participate in the final.
This distinction is particularly important as the Neapolis team finished ahead of universities such as Duke University, the University of Melbourne, and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
St. Petersburg State University emerged as the World Champion in the final. The ICPC event included 3,424 universities from 103 countries and 73,083 students.
