CFA to adopt fire-stricken community in Limassol

The Executive Committee of the CFA has decided to adopt one of the fire-stricken communities in the Limassol district, in consultation with the government.
The CFA will undertake the financial coverage of specific needs, as indicated by the competent state authorities, to support the selected community. A special solidarity fund has been created, with the CFA initially contributing €100,000.
In a circular to all clubs, the CFA informed them of the decision, calling on Cypriot football to support the initiative and strengthen the fund.
"Football is an integral part of society and must stand by citizens in need," the Federation's statement said.
