Handball Premier: Olympiacos - GAS Kilkis 50-29

Olympiacos comfortably defeated GAS Kilkis with a score of 50-29 in the 17th matchday of the Handball Premier, in a game held at the Ilioupoli indoor stadium.

Following their qualification to the quarter-finals of the EHF European Cup, the Olympiacos men's handball team returned to domestic duties with a scoring record, achieving the most goals in their league history.

The top scorer for Olympiacos was Tsanaxidis with nine goals, followed by Kioun with seven, and Ivic and Savvas with six each.

Despite the tiring trip to Finland, Olympiacos performed excellently and recorded the second-best performance in league history.

Thanasis Papazoglou stated: "We played very well in attack. Our goal is to win all games until the break for national team duties."
