Cyprus National Basketball Teams Prepare for Qualifiers

Cyprus' national basketball teams are starting preparations for important qualifying phases.

The Cyprus Men's National Team begins preparations tomorrow for the 2027 FIBA World Cup qualifiers. They will face Israel in two games at the "Spyros Kyprianou" Athletic Center on February 27 (21:00) and March 1 (19:00).

The U-20 National Team will train at "Lefkotheo" under Antonis Konstantinidis, with players from Cyprus, Greece, Canada, and other countries.

The Women's National Team starts preparing for the EuroBasket 2027 qualifiers on March 2 at the "Spyros Kyprianou". The schedule includes matches against Romania, Slovakia, and Poland in March.
