Papafotis Returns to AEL After Injury

AEL's captain, Vasilis Papafotis, has returned to the field after a serious injury that sidelined him last season. His return took place during AEL's friendly match against ENP, where he replaced Conceição in the 80th minute, receiving a warm welcome from the team's fans.

Papafotis was injured on the 1st matchday of the 2024/25 season, in the game against Omonia 29th of May in Peristerona.
