Artymatas: "I'm sure the fans will be by our side again this year..."

Anorthosis captain, Kostakis Artymatas, made statements after the friendly match against Spartakos Kitiou.

On the preparation and the start of the season: "We are coming from several difficult years. We had a strong preparation with a new coach and players. We didn't have the results we wanted in the friendly games because as much as the performance counts, so does the result for the morale and self-confidence of the team. We finished the preparation strongly and we are going for the first official game of the year."

Message to the fans: "The fans have always been by the team's side in difficult times. I am sure that they will be by our side again this year. We need them by our side because they give us strength."
