Aris Mougkopetros: Returns to Training After Accident

Aris Mougkopetros has returned to training after suffering a serious injury on Easter. A firecracker exploded in his hands, causing the amputation of three fingers and a 90% loss of vision in his right eye.
On Monday, August 4th, Aris Mougkopetros shared a video on his personal Instagram account showing his workout and how he manages to exercise his core and arms.
"I am at the gym, in a very beloved space, where I really forget everything... As we know, it is very difficult at the moment with my injury to train the upper part of my body, but we have said again that obstacles are there to be overcome," he said.
In the caption of his post, he wrote: "Life is very beautiful but also very short... So move on!"
