Araz – Omonia 0-4: Cypriots 'Secure' Qualification

Omonia achieved a comfortable 4-0 victory at Araz's home ground in the first leg of the third qualifying round of the Conference League. With this result, the return match in Cyprus is considered a formality.

Loizou scored two goals in the opening minutes (13', 22'), giving Omonia a strong lead. In the second half, Evandro scored in the 55th minute and Jovetic in the 58th, making the final score 0-4.

Omonia is now awaiting the loser of the PAOK – Wolfsberger pairing for the Conference League playoffs.
