Saints Quadratus, Anectus, Paul, Dionysius, Cyprian, and Crescens were martyred for their faith in Christ during the persecutions of the 3rd century AD. Saint Anastasia the Patrician abandoned secular life and devoted herself to ascetic life in Alexandria.
