Petros Filippidis' testimony continued today, June 23, at the Athens Court of Appeal. The actor reiterated that he is innocent of the charges against him and that he was unfairly imprisoned.

"I was completely destroyed. Along with Lignadis," Petros Filippidis stated, referring to his months-long detention.

Referring to the first accuser, he claimed, "I see a woman who lives in constant frustration. I sympathize with her. She has learned to be frustrated and takes revenge for it."

Tension arose in the courtroom when Petros Filippidis refused to accept questions from the accusers' lawyers, calling them "insulters."

The defendant reiterated that a parallel trial is being conducted against him by publications and broadcasts, and referred to executives of SEH.

"You said that the defendant's apology is a sacred thing. And yet no one respected me," said Petros Filippidis.
