The Ministry of Health is advancing a bill to streamline procedures for parents and children traveling abroad for treatment. Minister of Health, Michalis Diamianos, stated that they are ready for less bureaucracy following a meeting with the "Little Heroes" Foundation.

Improvements are being made to expedite the payment of benefits and collaborate with the Ministry of Labor to provide unemployment benefits to parents accompanying their children abroad.

It was decided to create an electronic guide on the Ministry of Health's website to inform interested parties. A practical guide will also be prepared for families, aiming to provide clear information on the necessary steps and supporting documents.

Psychological support for children and families abroad was also discussed, as moving to a foreign environment creates psychological burden.
