Referrals to Specialists Valid for 12 Months

The Health Insurance Organisation announces that, as of July 31st, the validity of short-term referrals to medical specialists is extended from six to twelve months from the date of issue.

The number of visits remains two per short-term referral. The change applies only to referrals issued from July 31st onwards.
