Sofi Paschali, a gymnast and former Survivor contestant, shared photos of her surfing experience in Bali.

Sofi Paschali described her experience as a sense of freedom and discovering new aspects of herself. She mentioned that she had tried surfing in Crete before, but without much success due to fear.

With the help of the instructor @bali_mermaid_surfing, Sofi Paschali managed to let go, trust, and love surfing. She emphasized the importance of teaching our bodies new things and allowing them to move beyond limitations.
