Ivan Svytailo: 'I didn't manage to express everything I wanted to my father'

Actor Ivan Svytailo spoke about the losses that marked him, including his father and his dog, Yuri, in an interview on #StarBreakfast.

'Last year I lost my dog, Yuri, who I had for 15 years... And there is also the loss of my father, who passed away in 2018,' said Ivan Svytailo.

Ivan Svytailo also referred to the support he received from his wife, Stavriana Garnavou, emphasizing her patience, tenderness and substantial help in difficult times.

'I didn't manage to express everything I wanted to him. But I believe that something always remains, his energy remains. Just as we have a daily relationship with God, we could have with our parents. They never leave us,' said Ivan Svytailo.

Referring to his wife, Stavriana Garnavou, he said: 'What I admire in my wife is her patience. She is very tender and human. She substantially supported me in the most difficult moments of my life and that is what made me realize that I have a partner and a fellow traveler for life.'
