Georgia Paraschou gives birth - Pavlos Kagialis becomes a father for the first time

Georgia Paraschou and Pavlos Kagialis have become parents to a healthy baby boy. The couple welcomed their first child on the day of the Dormition of the Theotokos (August 15th).
The bronze Olympic medalist in sailing at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics and the founder of the Humanity Greece volunteer organization were married in a civil ceremony on April 13 at the Athens City Hall.
Georgia Paraschou posted photos of her pregnancy and from inside the hospital on her personal Instagram account, mentioning the difficulties she experienced.
In the caption of her post, she wrote: "This August 15th will forever be etched in our hearts. Full of emotion, difficulties and unexpected events, with the brightest gift we could ever imagine, our baby."
