Zelenskyy in Cyprus: Attends Informal European Council in Ayia Napa

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, participated in the Informal European Council in Ayia Napa, held under the Cypriot presidency. President Nikos Christodoulides welcomed heads of state from 24 member states.

Answering a question from Omega Channel journalist, Pavlos Pittas, regarding Cyprus' support for Ukraine, Zelenskyy emphasized that Cyprus and President Christodoulides consistently support Ukraine and that relations between Kyiv and Nicosia will be strengthened.

According to Omega Channel, the Ukrainian issue was the first item on the agenda, with leaders finalizing a €90 billion loan to Ukraine, overcoming Hungary's obstacle.
