Nicosia's Commitment to International Law on Greenland

President Christodoulides had a phone call with the Prime Minister of Denmark regarding the issue of Greenland. According to government spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis, the President is in constant contact with the President of the Commission and the President of the European Council.

Mr. Letymbiotis stressed that Nicosia's commitment to international law is non-negotiable and that constructive dialogue should be prioritized to de-escalate the situation.

He also stressed the need for the European Union to show unity and take initiatives, through a sober reading of the data, taking into account the geopolitical reality.
