Stefanos Kasselakis: Condolences for Athina Papachristou

The president of the Movement of Democracy, Stefanos Kasselakis, expressed his condolences for the death of Athina Papachristou, the farmer who donated an ambulance to the hospital of Messolonghi.

In his post, Mr. Kasselakis shared a video from his meeting with Ms. Papachristou in December 2023, emphasizing that she was a shining example of selflessness and humanity.

"I learned that Athina Papachristou has passed away. The 'grandmother' of all of us, who bought an ambulance for EKAV from her savings," Stefanos Kasselakis wrote.

Mr. Kasselakis stressed the need to improve the state so that it can provide care with dignity to its citizens, without relying on donations.
