Russian Technology Found in Drone That Hit Akrotiri Base

Russian technology was found in the kamikaze drone that struck the British base in Akrotiri, Cyprus, according to a report in the Sunday Times.
The drone allegedly carried the Russian-made Kometa-B navigation system, which was first detected in December by Ukrainian air defenses. The recovered components are already in Britain for further investigation.
Analysts believe this is the first indication of the use of Russian military equipment in the conflict in Iran, raising concerns about Moscow's growing presence in the region.
Andrei Kelin, the Russian ambassador to the United Kingdom, stated that his country is 'not neutral' in the war, supporting Iran. Sir Richard Knighton, head of the British armed forces, confirmed that Russia is providing information to Iran and that the attack on Akrotiri was launched from Lebanon by a group linked to Iran, likely Hezbollah.
