President of Cyprus: Ukraine's Sovereignty Must Be Fully Respected

The President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, stated that any solution for Ukraine must fully respect the country's sovereignty. The statements were made after a visit to the Apostolos Barnabas Special School in Liopetri.

The President mentioned that he is in contact with the European Union and the United States on the matter. He expressed hope that a solution acceptable to Ukraine will be found, emphasizing that no solution can be imposed on Ukraine.

Asked about the influence of developments in Ukraine on the Cyprus issue, President Christodoulides stressed that it is important to fully respect the sovereignty of Ukraine.
