Fake Christodoulides Video: Government Responds

The government has mobilized following the circulation of a fake video of President Nikos Christodoulides, created with artificial intelligence. According to a post by Government Spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis, the video presents a supposed conversation between the President and a journalist and does not correspond to reality.

Mr. Letymbiotis stressed the need for critical thinking and a responsible attitude towards information, while assuring that the government is monitoring the case and will take all necessary actions in cooperation with the competent authorities.
