Illegal Land 'Concessions' in Occupied Territories

Land plots in the occupied villages of Gypsou, Milia, and Limnia were handed over to 'beneficiaries' in a ceremony attended by 'Prime Minister' Ünal Üstel and Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar.

According to Turkish Cypriot press, the 'president' of the 'Karpassia protection association,' Dursun Çebi, stated that young people from Rizokarpaso have been excluded from the distribution of agricultural plots and called on the 'government' to establish a 'fair and transparent distribution policy.'

Ersin Tatar, speaking at the grape festival in occupied Galatia, mentioned that the development of the tourist area in occupied Vokolida continues with the operation of a golf course.

Ünal Üstel stated that the Rizokarpaso-Apostolos Andreas road will be completed in 15-20 days. He also stated that the Galatia region holds an important position in the struggle for existence of the Turks of Cyprus.
