P. Kammenos: New dialogues with mafia figure about a favor for Trump

New dialogues between Panos Kammenos and an individual involved in the Crete Mafia case have come to light. According to the case file, Kammenos allegedly converses with the hotelier, claiming that they were being monitored by the Hellenic Police's wiretapping during the SYRIZA government.

In an excerpt from the conversation, Kammenos assures his interlocutor regarding a request for the election of the Metropolitan of Kydonia and Apokoronos, stating that he gave it to Donald Trump's staff. At the same time, he expresses reservations about the commander of the American base in Souda.

Panos Kammenos, in his statements, admitted that he knew the alleged leader of the criminal organization, but denied doing anything for the requested 'favor'.

Expressions such as 'my dear president' are used in the dialogue, and reference is made to a police director in Rethymno who allegedly had them wiretapped.
