Donald Trump Considers Presidential Pardon for Diddy

Donald Trump has not ruled out the possibility of granting a presidential pardon to Diddy, as he stated in an interview with Rob Finnerty of Newsmax on Friday, August 1st.
Diddy has been convicted on two counts of transporting individuals for the purpose of prostitution, while he has been acquitted of the more serious charges of sexual trafficking and establishing a criminal organization. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3rd, and his lawyers are preparing an appeal.
Initially, Trump seemed to be considering it, but then mentioned that he does not know the rapper well and that Diddy was "very hostile" towards him when Trump ran for election. Trump admitted that Diddy's hostility could "cloud his judgment."
Furthermore, he emphasized that no official pardon request has been submitted, and the White House is not commenting on whether such a request is being considered.
