María Holguín Returns to Cyprus for Talks

The UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy, María Holguín, is expected to return to Cyprus on September 1st for consultations regarding the Cyprus issue. The talks will last throughout September.

On September 2nd, Holguín will meet with Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar. A meeting with the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, is expected soon.

The focus of the talks is on Confidence Building Measures.
