Cyprus Greens Movement: Four New Female Candidates for Parliamentary Elections

The Cyprus Greens Movement – Citizens' Cooperation has announced four more female candidates for the parliamentary elections in May 2026.

The candidates are Maria Kola (Nicosia), Deputy President of the Movement, Virginia Christou (Nicosia), member of the Political Committee, Stella Petridou (Nicosia), and Sarah Houssein (Paphos).

Maria Kola holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Data Analysis. Stella Petridou is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Virginia Christou is a legal officer at the Cyprus Consumers Association. Sarah Houssein is an architect and a graduate of Neapolis University Pafos.

The final list of candidates will be approved at the Pancyprian Conference.
