K. Tsoukalas: Only PASOK can defeat ND

Kostas Tsoukalas, Press Spokesperson for PASOK-Movement for Change, launched a strong attack on the government in statements to MEGA, arguing that only PASOK can defeat New Democracy and bring about political change.

Mr. Tsoukalas referred to the farmers' mobilizations, accusing the government of populism and hypocrisy regarding the revision of the ELGA regulation. He also commented on the scandal at OPEKEPE, stressing that the government allowed the "rip-off" and ignored the opposition's warnings.

Regarding the dialogue with the farmers, he described it as positive, while also referring to PASOK's proposals for the cost of electricity, contrasting them with the government's proposals. He argued that the government is responsible for the management of DEI and makes commitments but does not keep its promises.

K. Tsoukalas expressed his belief that PASOK can defeat New Democracy and bring about political change, as New Democracy has a decrease of 15 units, while PASOK is rising.
