Inquiry: Voridis vs. Varras over OPEKEPE and the technical solution

Makis Voridis defended his decision regarding the "technical solution" at OPEKEPE during his examination in Parliament. There was a heated debate with the former president of OPEKEPE, Grigoris Varras.

Mr. Voridis argued that the implementation of the technical solution was legal and necessary, while accusing Mr. Varras of making statements regarding the influence of the company newropublic on the Organization. Mr. Varras, for his part, denied Mr. Voridis's claims and argued that his removal from the position of president of OPEKEPE was pre-planned.

Makis Voridis had secured the statute of limitations for any criminal liabilities from the European Prosecutor's Office indictment, which accused him of dereliction of duty.
