Anna Aristotelous: Learned of Dismissal Via Media

The Public Service Commission announced the termination of the acting appointment of the former Director of the Central Prisons, Anna Aristotelous, from the position of General Director at the Ministry of Defense, effective 25.06.2025.

Simultaneously, the acting appointment of the General Director of the Ministry of Interior, Elikkos Elias, was announced for the same position from 25.06.2025 to 02.07.2025.

Anna Aristotelous' lawyer, Christos Triantafyllides, requested official notification of the decision, as Ms. Aristotelous learned of her dismissal through the media.
