Cyprus: Bus Route 115 Resumes with Security Guards

The Ministry of Transport has announced that bus route 115, from Pervolia – Kiti to Agios Lazaros Technical School and Larnaca Technical School, will resume on Monday, September 15. The route had been temporarily suspended for security reasons.

The decision to resume the route was taken after approval by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works and includes the placement of security guards on the bus to protect the driver and students.

The Ministry condemned the incidents that led to the suspension and stressed that the protection of citizens, especially students, is a top priority. Students are asked to arrive at the bus stops as normal.
