Vandalism with Nazi Symbols at the University of Nicosia

An act of vandalism occurred at the University of Nicosia on Tuesday night, with unknown individuals damaging the area of the student group Progressive Student Movement. According to the group, swastikas and other Nazi symbols were found painted on their materials.

The Progressive Student Movement of the University of Nicosia condemned the incident in a statement, calling it a fascist act. They stated that such actions would not stop their activities. The statement mentioned that the perpetrators were "shameless ELAM members" and that such actions are an indication of the audacity of fascist elements.

The group emphasized that they will continue their struggle for democracy, equality, antifascism, and social justice.
