Agrinio-Amfilochia Road Accident: Horse Injured by Car

A horse was seriously injured in the early hours of Monday (November 24) on the Agrinio-Amfilochia National Road, near Stratos, after being hit by a passing car.

According to sinidisi.gr, a herd of horses attempted to cross the road, resulting in one being struck by a car traveling towards Agrinio. The driver was unable to avoid the animal.

A citizen covered the injured horse with a blanket. The horse remains on the side of the road and requires immediate medical attention.
