Tripoli: Investigation into Allegations Against Music School Teacher

An investigation (internal inquiry) has been ordered following allegations against a music school teacher in Tripoli. Parents and teachers are reporting manipulative, anti-pedagogical, and unprofessional behavior.

According to the allegations, the teacher allegedly instills fear in students and parents, has displayed inappropriate behavior, and has created problems in the school's operation. A student's mother reported that the teacher dismissed her child from her office and listened to music.

A student's father reported authoritarian and demeaning behavior towards students, parents, and teachers. An educator stated that the teacher locked the classroom door and engaged in professional development while the school faced problems.

The complainants are requesting the removal of the teacher so that the school can return to normal operation. The teacher denies the allegations and speaks of being targeted. Her lawyer, Dimitris Kostogiannis, claims that the allegations are fabricated due to an annulment request submitted by the teacher.
